Gaurav, a compassionate supporter of Entrepreneurship and a University drop-out, started his professional journey at an early age of 12, and has work with some of the best companies globally like Micron, Netcore, Tech Asia, ME Group, JP Morgan etc. prior to founding Instaura Consulting in Singapore in 2007. Currently he is based out of Mumbai and Manila.

He is the Managing Partner of Instaura Consulting, which is a Start-up & SME Life Cycle Management and Investment Banking outfit, with presence in India, Thailand, Philippines and US. Gaurav has, in the last 11+ years mentored over 2500 Entrepreneurs including some of the best known Start-ups in India and has along with his team raised over a Billion US Dollars in funding for client companies. He is also a co-founder of several niche ventures like MentorPrise, TAF, IndiaSocial Fund, Meritocracy Ventures (US), etc.

He teaches “Internalization of Success” at various forums in Asia. He is also a board member of several niche Start-ups globally, which depend on him for 360-degree development. Along-side, Gaurav is a mentor at NEN, NASSCOM, CIIE IIM A and works closely with them to promote & support Entrepreneurship progress. He is an amazing orator and is regularly invited to speak at a wide array of conferences / events / workshops across Asia.

On the personal side, Gaurav is passionate about Cricket, Table Tennis, Swimming and Gymnastics which he played professionally during his college years, despite being physically challenged. It is his strong belief that “It is all in the MIND.” He also passionately and actively pursues Snooker, Writing Ghazals and Geo-Politics.

Last and surely the most important, Gaurav is extremely spiritually driven as a person. He does so to maintain the Spiritual, Material and Intellectual balance, which he calls the “ZERO STATE, complete control over The Mind”.
